The founder and lead researcher behind the Keystone Model for Organizational Health. A leadership researcher and organizational consultant who developed the model as part of her MBA in Sustainable Leadership at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
Her work is biomimicry-informed and nature-inspired, focusing on how leaders learn from living systems to create the conditions for organizations to remain healthy, resilient, and effective amid complexity and change.
Her approach combines academic rigor with practical application. She works with leaders who are building organizations meant to last—not just perform—and who understand that sustainable success requires attending to both people and systems.
